A power source system of a TV comprises a 1st rectifier(RF1) which makes a full-wave rectification, diodes(D3,D4), resistors(R1,R2) and a 2nd rectifier(RF2) which makes a half wave rectification. The 2nd rectifier(RF2) is separately attached to an SMPS(2), an outside AC voltage is directly supplied to the 2nd rectifier(RF2). When the TV is turned on in a low voltage, as a DC voltage which is half wave rectified by the 2nd rectifier is supplied to the SMPS(2), the delay of the voltage increases in the SMPS(2) is prevented.
