An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is disclosed. A number of pixels are arranged by NxM. Each of the pixels comprises a display electrode(4), a first FET(3), a second FET(5) and a diode(8). The arranged structure has a number of address buses 1-1, 1-2, 1-2, ..., 1-n, 1-(n+1) and a number of data buses 2-1, 2-2, 2-3, ..., 2-(m+1). The display electrode(4) is connected to two address buses. The displayed electrode(4) is connected through the first FET(3) and the second FET(5) to data buses(2-m). Especially, each drain of the FET(3) and the FET(5) is connected to the data buses(2-m). The gate of the first FET(3) is connected to a first address bus(1-1), the gate of the second FET(5) is connected to a second address bus(1-2), and the source of the first FET(3) is coupled to the display electrode(4). The diode(8) is arranged between the source of the second FET(5) and the electrode(4).
