<p>Method and device for painting partially or entirely a cut surface of a pre-coated steel plate to which a masking film is attached or an article processed therefrom, the method comprising the steps of impregnating with paint a painting pad comprising sponge or nonwoven fabric and/or woven fabric, then wiping the surface of the painting pad with gas to remove excessive paint and pressing the painting pad against the cut surface of the pre-coated steel plate while controlling the pressing force for effecting the painting of the cut surface.</p> |
