A method for thermal treatment of biological waste, is new. The waste is treated in a treatment drum which is heated to a temp. 121 degrees C and the carbonisation temp. of the mixt. using a stream of hot gas. This temp. is maintained until the moisture content has dropped to ≤ 20%. |
