The terminal includes a receiving unit (1), and, connected with it, a demultiplexer (2), a decoder (3), two D/A converters (4,5), a unit (6) for checking right of access of terminal to data flows and a control unit (7) with a microcomputer and memory (8). In addition the terminal has a telephone modem (9), a coding unit (10), two transmitting units (11,13), another coding unit (14), and the measuring and detecting units (15). The control unit releases these last units only when the checking unit (6) approves the authorisation of access to the data flow.
