PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal power generator with a higher power generation heat efficiency and a smaller noise. SOLUTION: Air in a space 3 partitioned surrounding the vicinity of a burner heated by radiation heat of a boiler 1 is taken into an air feeder 10 for combustion of the boiler 1 through a duct 16. The drag in heating value of the boiler 1 increases thereby achieving a higher power generation efficiency. This also eliminates noise when the air in the space 3 is discharged into the atmospheric air.
