摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly generate a disordered winding and to improve the insulating quality of an electromagnetic coil by a method wherein the spacings between adjacent fellow wire materials are set at a specified quantity. SOLUTION: A core and a magnet are housed in the interior of a secondary spool 510 and a secondary coil, which is wound by a winding device, is positioned on the outer periphery of the spool 510. Projection parts 510e are formed in such a way that they are extended in the circumferential direction extending over the range of one part in the circumferential direction of a winding part 510d and gap parts are formed between the adjacent fellow projection parts 510e as winding delivery parts which can make wire materials 520, which are wound on the part 510d, pass through. The parts 510e, which are formed on the part 510d, are formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction and the fellow parts 510e, which are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction, are positioned in such a way that the outer peripheral wall surface of the part 510d is spirally drawn in the circumferential direction. The wire materials 520 are wound on the part 510d so as to avoid the parts 510e and the materials 520, which are wound on the spool 510, are never wound on the parts 510e. By the above-mentioned method, a disordered winding due to a reduction of the alignment degree of the wired materials is prevented from being generated and the insulating quality of an electromagnetic coil is improved.
