PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement hydraulic compsn., a cement hardened material obtd. from the compsn. and its production method. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. of cement, 10 to 100 pts.wt. of crystalline silica fine powder having 3600-25000cm<2> /g specific surface area and 1-20μm average particle size, a dewatering agent, an aggregate and a hydraulic cement and water by an amt. controlled to 0.1-0.3 time as the sum of the crystalline silicate powder. The mixture is kneaded and press formed in a die by centrifugal force or vibration to obtain a cement hardening material. Thus, with a small water/binder ratio, a compd. having high fluidity after kneading can be obtd. without using expensive superfine particles such as silica dust. By using this compsn., a cement hardened material having good formability and high compression strength can be obtd. |
