PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a musical tone with rich variation in a musical tone synthesizer synthesizing the musical tone by the frequency component data. SOLUTION: The frequency data and the strength data (frequency component data) of the musical tone are stored in plural channels of CH1-CHn corresponding to frequency bands. The velocity data FV1-FVn corresponding to a velocity V and a tone color TC are generated from conversion tables 61 -6n . The velocity data FV1-FVn are operated by the pedal data REDAL to be accumulated by accumulators 51 -5n . The carry signals ACCCO of the accumulators 51 -5n are counted by interpolation control parts 31 -3n . The carry signals CNTCO of the interpolation control parts 31 -3n are made frame clocks of frame advance control parts 21 -2n , and the read-out velocities of the frequency component data in a storage part 1 are changed every channel, and the frequency component data synthesized by a synthesis part are shifted hourly every channel. |
