PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable solar battery device for maintaining a high breakdown voltage even if an entire device is made thin. SOLUTION: A solar battery device S consists of a solar battery body where a resin body in that a solar battery element 2 is sealed inside is provided at a square transparent substrate 1 so that the light reception surface of the solar battery element 2 faces the side of the transparent substrate 1 and a metal frame 8 for surrounding the peripheral edge part of the entire solar battery and a plurality of divided insulation resin bodies 7 are included between at least one side of the peripheral edge part of the solar battery body and the metal frame 8. |
