PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photopolymerizable compsn. capable of improving the adhesiveness of a photopolymerizable layer to a substrate and giving a planographic printing plate fit for exposure with laser and capable of the writing of an image with high resolution and high sensitivity. SOLUTION: In this photopolymerizable compsn. contg. at least a compd. having an ethylenically unsatd. bond and a photopolymn. initiator, the compd. having an ethylenically unsatd. bond contains a reactional product of a compd. having three or more isocyanato groups in one molecule with a (meth)acrylate compd. having one hydroxyl group in one molecule.
