PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to assure the concentricity of the forming surfaces of formed parts even if an inclination exists at the axial center of the forming surfaces of forming dies by providing the subject device with an upper die position adjusting mechanism, lower die inclining mechanism and inclination adjusting mechanism. SOLUTION: The inclining mechanism 8 holding a holding shaft 6 mounted with the lower die 2 at its top end is inclined at the same angle as the angleϕfrom a perpendicular line by the inclination adjusting mechanism 9 when the inclinationϕarises at the axial center (a) (the axial center of the optical face of an aspherical lens, etc.) of the forming surface of the upper die 1. As a result, the moving direction W of the holding shaft 6 and the axial center (a) of the forming surface of the upper die 1 are paralleled and the axial center (b) of the forming surface of the lower die 2 is moved parallel with the axial center (a) of the forming surface of the upper die 1. Next, the axial center (a) of the forming surface of the upper mold 1 and the axial center (b) of the forming surface of the lower die 2 are misaligned by a deviation (e) on the horizontal position and, therefore, both dies are finely adjusted at the same distance as the deviation (e) by the upper die position adjusting mechanism 3 until the axial center (a) and the axial center (b) are aligned.
