<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resistance film, having a high resistance value, excellent temperature characteristics and thermal stability, by a simple method. SOLUTION: A conductive SnO2 film 22 is formed on the surface of glass powder 20 of insulating particles to serve as a carrier path. As a result, the area of surface can be increased, and as the carrier moves only by the contact part of the glass powder 29, the value of resistance increases. Also, as glass powder, which is covered by the SnO2 film, is not softened or when it is softened, it does not fuse with other material, it is thermally very stable. Besides, the temperature coefficient of the glass powder depends on the raw material used when the SnO2 film 22 is formed, high resistance and a low temperature coefficient can be accomplished by selecting material.</p> |
