PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum fitting head capable of easily picking-up, conveying, and arranging various parts such as large parts, wafer-shaped parts, or uneven parts at the upper section into a prescribed circuit board. SOLUTION: This nozzle 10 is provided with a positioning block 12 and multiple pads 20a-20c arranged at intervals at the upper section 14 of the positioning block 12. Pad holes 29a-29c are formed at the upper sections 28a-28c of the pads 20a-20c. An opening for fitting the nozzle 10 to a vacuum fitting head is formed at the bottom section 15 of the positioning block 12. Air passage communicating the pad holes 29a-29c with the opening section of the positioning block 12 are formed in the positioning block 12 to increase the vacuum force by the nozzle 10. |
