PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent any void in a joint between cloths from occurring by installing packing rubber over the whole circumference in contact with the inside of a sticking part of cloths constituting a dunnage bag, and further installing a V tape over the whole circumference in contact with the inside of the packing rubber. SOLUTION: A bonding agent 2 is applied over the whole circumference of a joint of cloth 1, and packing rubber 4 is installed in a position held with a distance necessary for joining two cloths from an end of the applied surface, then a V tape 3 is likewise installed over the whole circumference of the joint in contact with the inside of the packing rubber. In addition, the bonding agent 2 is applied to the side facing to the other cloth 5 where the packing rubber 4 and the V tape 3 should be joined, while the other side cloth 5 to be joined to the cloth 1 is held at the specified position, and the joint of a dunnage bag is crimped under pressure by dint of a roller 6, and further the packing rubber 4 and the V tape 3 to be installed in space between the cloth 1 and the cloth 5 via the bonding agent 2, are crimped under pressure. With this constitution, any joint void between the cloth 1 and the cloth 5 is eliminable. |
