PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of residual jitter by controlling a phase shift oscillator in accordance with the temperature variance to suppress the frequency change caused by the temperature variance. SOLUTION: This circuit consists of a phase shift oscillator 2 which controls phase shift of a clock in accordance with an inputted control signal to output the clock synchronized with a data signal, a frequency counter 3 which takes a reference frequency from a reference oscillator 4 as the input to measure the frequency of the phase shift oscillator 2, a temperature sensor 7 which measures the temperature of the phase shift oscillator 2, and a control circuit 8 which outputs the control signal corresponding to the temperature variance to the phase shift oscillator 2 at the time of detecting the temperature variance of the phase shift oscillator 2 by the temperature sensor and synchronizes the clock of the phase shift oscillator 2 with the clock of the data signal. |
