PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive film provided with a color tone correcting function and to provide a liquid crystal panel constituted so that areas whose retardation amount are different can be selectively formed at an optional position. SOLUTION: Belt-like transparent electrodes 12a and 12b are formed on substrates 11a and 11b so as to be faced and the area where the electrodes 12a and 12b are faced is the picture element area 16. A liquid crystal area 13 is arranged in the area 16 and a high polymer wall 14 is arranged in a non-picture element area 17. The photosensitive film 18 provided with double refractivity is arranged outside the substrate 11b by exposure and developing processing so as to be aligned with the wall 14 or the area 17. Besides, electrical insulating films 19a and 19b and oriented films 20a and 20b are formed on the electrodes 12a and 12b if necessary.
