<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent this device from clogging with a function of self cleaning by providing a small leak piston at the tip of a piston interlocked with an electromagnetic plunger, and connecting a leak room defined by a tip of the small leak piston and a leak cylinder to a part upstream of a suction valve. SOLUTION: A piston 21 and a small leak piston 38 are reciprocated by reciprocation of an electromagnetic plunger 15 with an excited electromagnetic coil 2, and thereby fluid is discharged in an electromagnetic plunger operating chamber 19 through opening of an exhaust valve after sucked from a suction port through opening of a suction valve. At the non-excitation stage of the electromagnetic coil 2, a discharge port 62 is closed by a solenoid valve 60 seated on a valve seat and a high pressure fluid is shutted in the electromagnetic plunger operating chamber 19. The high pressure fluid is sent to a pump chamber 27 through a passage between the piston 21 and a cylinder 24, caused to flow into a leak space 40 through a passage between the small leak piston 38 and a leak cylinder 39 and sent upstream from the suction valve.</p> |
