PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a idle turn angle of a handle to a given angle or more by a method wherein a handle is engaged with the top part of a stem spread through a slide contact part in such a manner to draw a stem when a handle is drawn during application of a brake and a sleeve is fixed at the slide contact part. SOLUTION: A return mechanism 30 comprises a cam plate 31 and a peripheral edge cam 33 and the cam plate 31 is energized toward the peripheral surface of the peripheral edge cam 33. The peripheral edge cam 33 is integrally protruded to the top part of a stem 10 and a cam plate 31 is slid in a direction in which it is against an energizing force. A contact position between the peripheral edge cam 33 in an initial position and the tip surface of the cam plate 31 is offset in a direction of energization based on the central line of a stem 10. The spread head part of the stem 10 is engaged through a slide contact part 27 in such a manner that when a handle 20 is pulled during application of a brake, the stem 10 is pulled when a handle 20 is pulled, and a sleeve 28 is fixed at the slide contact part 27. Thus, even when an external force is applied on the handle 20, idle turning in a 180 deg. or more arc is practicable. |
