PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a scrape, lessen power loss and lengthen the life of a rubber track by specifying the up ratio of a driving wheel in a specified range. SOLUTION: A rigid track frame 10 includes a sprocket wheel or a driving wheel 12, idler wheels 14, 16, and an adjustable belt tension wheel 18, which are brought into contact with an endless rubber track or a driving belt 11 in a wrapped state. The proper up ratio of the driving wheel 12 is Ur=[(Ps/ Pc)-1]×100 (%) in the range of 0.5%-4.0%, wherein Ps is a pitch or interval between sprocket pins 36 in the driving wheel 12, and Pc is an interval between guide lugs which are projected from a rubber track inward to be engaged with the sprocket pin.
