PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil lubricating structure of an automatic transmission which can be processed easily, can set the flow rate easily, and can use a piston operating oil of a multiple disk clutch device commonly. SOLUTION: A planatery carrier 26 journals a planetary gear 23 provided to a planetary gear device 20 rotatable by a rotary shaft member 24. To the opposing surface of the rotary shaft member of a bearing 28 to support the rotary shaft member 24 of the planetary carrier 26, oil feeding grooves 30... to feed the lubricating oil to the planetary gear 23 are formed along the axial direction of the rotary shaft member 24.
