PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkling from occurring to parts where a strip base and a bag main body are stuck together by heat sealing when an engaging device is fixed by heat sealing to the bag main body. SOLUTION: A male member 12 and a female member 13 are equipped respectively with strip bases 15 and engaging parts 16 and 21 while each of the strip bases 15 is equipped respectively with a first layer 25, a second layer 26, ans a third layer 27. The first layer 25 is made of resin film attachable in fusing to the bag main body 14, the second layer 26 is made of biaxially oriented nylon film, and the third layer 27 is made of resin film attachable in fusing to the engaging parts 16 and 21, and the engaging parts 16 and 21 are made of synthetic resin having M1 in 1-20g/10min.
