PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solid drawing material which inhibits the propagation of miscellaneous germs or mildews on its surface or on a surface coated with it and has been improved in the feeling during coating by compounding a pigment, a wax, an oil component, and a specific inorg. substance as the essential components. SOLUTION: This material contains as the essential components a pigment (e.g. carbon black), a wax (e.g. diheptadecyl ketone), an oil component (e.g. a hardened castor oil), and an antibacterial antimildew inorg. substance (e.g. a mixture of 90% magnesium oxide and 10% zinc oxide) having a particle size of 0.1-1μm. Pref. the inorg. substance is contained in an amt. of 1.0-7.0wt.% based on the material and in such a manner that at least one particle of the substance exists in any circle with a radius of 5mm drawn on the surface of the material.
