PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink ball point pen of superior ink introducing properties to be manufactured easily and optimum for writing small characters. SOLUTION: A plurality of inward protrusions 31 are formed in the vicinity of the end of a metal cylindrical fine tube 3 by press deforming. The front faces of the inward protrusions 31 are used as ball seats, and a ball 2 is disposed revolvably on the end of the fine tube 3. An ink leading refill 4 is inserted loosely in the fine tube 3, and the end of the ink leading refill 4 is brought into contact with the rear faces of the inward protrusions 31. A cylindrical ink flow clearance 7 is formed between the inner face of the fine tube 3 and the outer face of the ink leading refill 4. The ink leading refill 4 is a metal bar having the outer diameter E smaller than the inner diameter D of the fine tube 3 by 0.04mm-0.24mm. |
