PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an inconvenience such as suddenly interrupted by a voice of an unintended user against its own will at a receiver. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a mode setting means 12 to set a connection mode to decide an operation of a communication connection conducted corresponding to a transmission request of voice sent from sender side terminal equipments 2, 3,... via a network 4 by a voice receiver side and the voice receiver side decides the acceptance of communication connection. Thus, only when the user of the receiver side permits the communication connection, the voice is received. |
