PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a SQUID fluxmeter multichannel without enlarging a cooling stage in the final step of a cryogenic refrigerating machine more than it needs. SOLUTION: A base member 3a having a pickup coil 6 screwed to a cooling stage 3 in the final step has a heat conducting support member 5 having in series a cloth-like body 5a formed by braiding a wire rod formed of heat conductor and a fiber reinforced resin 5b reinforced by a wire rod formed of heat conductor. The pickup coil 6 is supported thereby. |
