PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoelectric material with a low internal resistance and a improved mold forming property by quick combustion. SOLUTION: A thermoelectric material consists of a porous sintered body and a connection part 3 between the particles of FeSi2 powder 1 is formed by FeSi particles 2. To obtain the thermoelectric material, the mother particles of the FeSi2 powder are converted with the child particles of the FeSi powder for forming composite particles and the powder of the composite particles is formed by current application and baking. |
