PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the re-constitution of node data and branch data due to the relocation of equipment or system change and obtain a high-speed simple planning and buckup apparatus for distribution systems, by making good use of existing equipment attribute data to constitute system data. SOLUTION: Equipment data 15 is formed from equipment attribute data from an equipment managing apparatus 1 and connection information data 14 from a connection information data generating means 13. An equipment data tree creating mean 16 creates equipment data tree using the equipment data 15. A system assignment retrieving means 17 retrieves which system equipment data is assigned to using the equipment data tree, and a system data creating means 18 uses the retrieved system to which the equipment data is assigned to create system data 19. |
