PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high picture quality and low cost recording device without breaking a ceramic board by a method wherein the apertured electrode of the ceramic board is pressed by a constant pressure against a toner carrying roller without being wound round the toner carrying roller. SOLUTION: Above an apertured electrode 1, an counter electrode 6 is arranged. On the surface opposit to the apertured electrode 1 of the counter electrode, a spring 8 is provided. One end of the spring 8, the other end of which is attached to the counter electrode 6, is fixed to the fixed member 27 fixed to the amour 25 of this device. In addition, the spring 8 presses the apertured electrode 1 against a toner carrying roller 11 through the counter electrode 6, (recording medium P, when the recording medium P is present) and a spacer 9. Since the apertured electrode 1 is pressed against the toner carrying roller 11 by the above-mentioned pressing force, the upper end portion of the toner carrying roller 11 is deformed elastically so as to keep an insulating layer made of a ceramic board under a straight state. |
