SOLUTION: A bobbin 20 is made of calcium silicate base ceramics to enhance the regidity of the bobbin 20 so that a superconductor 3 may be wound up around a spiral trench 20s formed in this bobbin 20 to maintain a specific winding up tension of this superconductor 3.
