SOLUTION: In an outer cylinder sealing film 13a of a rubber elastic body 13 formed over the inner circumferential surface of an outer cylinder 11 by cure bonding and the like, a cut-out part 13d is formed in an outer cylinder flange sealing film 13c extended to the opening cylindrical end of the outer cylinder sealing film 13a simultaneously when the rubber elastic body 13 is formed. As a result, when an orifice forming member 20 is housed in an intermediate assembly 10, and the opening cylindrical end is blocked by an elastic cover body 30 in the liquid 40, an orifice passage 22 allows the excess portion of the liquid 40 to be pushed out from a first liquid chamber 51 and a second liquid chamber 52, and excess liquid 41 is thereby discharged outside through the cut-out parts 13d and 13d. |
