MANUFACTURE OF MOLDED PRODUCT HAVING WOOD SURFACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a molded product formed into a shape having a curved surface and having a wood surface free from cracks. SOLUTION: Moisture is applied to a wood sheet 1 wherein a thermoplastic adhesive layer 4 is provided to the rear surface of membrane like wood 2 to soften the wood sheet 1 and the wood sheet is arranged in an injection mold 3 so that the thermoplastic adhesive layer 4 is opposed to an injected resin and the resin is filled into the injection mold 3 to be solidified to integrally bond the membrane like wood 2 to the surface of the molded product.
