PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording film for writing and plotting with an ink having a low water content, whose ink absorbing property, long-term water resistance, and wetness resistance are improved, having excellent transparency, blocking resistance, conveyable property, and curl resistance. SOLUTION: On at least one face of a base material film, an ink accepting layer is provided. The ink accepting layer is formed of a composition which comprises polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, an alkali salt of polystyrene sulfonic acid or a quaternary ammonium salt, and a cellulose reactive cross- linking agent, wherein a ratio between the polyvinyl alcohol and the polyvinyl pyrrolidone is within a range of 50:50-80:20 in weight ratio, and a ratio between a total quantity of the polyvinyl alcohol and the polyvinyl pyrrolidone and the alkali salt of the polystyrene sulfonic acid is within a range of 95:5-75:25 in weight ratio. |
