PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the subject structure extremely simplified and causing waterproofness equivalent to a case in which a sealing material is used and useful for portable telephones, etc., by forming a water-repellent film on to the end face before assembling building members. SOLUTION: In this waterproof structure provided with an end structure formed by butting each end face 2 of two or more members 1, water-repellent films 4 (preferably a film having >=100 deg. contact angle of water on the film and formed of a fluororesin or silicone resin) are formed on the each end face 2 respectively mutually opposed. Furthermore, when a clearance in one surface of this structure is denoted as (d) the clearance is kept in this structure to (d) or below at least over the length when (t) from one surface of the end part structure toward other surface and the relationship of the formula (d)<=0.4t+0.4 exists between (d) and (t) and a water-repellent films 4 are preferably formed on opposite both faces of the end face over the length of at least (t). |
