LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel in which the angle of view field is increased compared to a conventional panel and a rough state of the display screen is decreased. SOLUTION: A polyurethane film 103 comprising an ether-bonded polyurethane is formed to cover a transparent electrode 102 on the principal plane of the one substrate of a pair of transparent substrates 101. A polyimide film 104 is formed to cover a transparent electrode 102 on the principal surface of the other substrate. These films are formed in an unrufbed state. Plural polymer walls 108 comprising a polyimide having an ether-bonded polyurethane present on the wall surfaces are formed in the space between the electrodes of the transparent substrates 101. A chiral nematic liquid crystal 107 is included as surrounded by the polymer walls 108 to form a liquid crystal domain in a size smaller than the resolution of human sight.
