PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a smooth and efficient conference support by providing a control means controlling the sound output of an output means and outputting the information from an input means or a communication means from the communication means on a terminal equipment. SOLUTION: A terminal equipment Tn is composed of an input part 1, a communication part 2, a control part 3 and an output part 4. The input part 1 of these parts collects sound signals such as the utterance of the user of the terminal equipment, ambient noise or the outputted sound from another terminal equipment and transmits the signals as sound input information to a control part 3. A communication part 2 is a communication means having a transmission/reception circuit for performing a radio transmission, autonomously links with a communication line with another terminal and establishes a communication path. Inter-terminal communication information transmitted form another terminal equipment is received, the information is delivered to the control part 3 of a self-terminal equipment.
