摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effective operating efficiency of a laminated piezoelectric element by alternately laminating first piezoelectric bodies and second piezoelectric bodies which are polarized in opposite polarities and shifting the phases of the electrode films of the first and second piezoelectric bodies from each other. SOLUTION: First piezoelectric bodies (b) and (d) which are polarized in the same polarity throughout their layers and second piezoelectric bodies (c) and (e) which are polarized in the opposite polarity are alternately laminated. Then the phases of the electrode films 12A(+) to 2C(+) and 12A(-) to 12C(-) of the first and second piezoelectric bodies (b) and (d) and (c) and (e) are shifter from each other. The electrode films 14(-) and 12A(+) to 12C(+) formed on the piezoelectric bodies of two electrodes 12A(+) to 12C(+) laminated upon another with the piezoelectric body of the electrode 14(-) in between are connected to each other through conductors 50A-50C passed between the two electrode films 14(-) and 12A(+) to 12C(+) formed adjacently on one piezoelectric body. Therefore, the effective operating efficiency of a laminated piezoelectric element can be improved.
