PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve markability and productivity by compensating an influence by a YAG rod due to a thermal lens effect. SOLUTION: A uniaxial table 36 is installed to a guide rod 35 provided on a fixed stand 34 and a concave lens 25 of an expander E which is a part of an optical system A is installed to the uniaxial table 36. A feed screw 37 is screwed into the uniaxial table 36 and a stepping motor 38 is connected to the feed screw 37. The stepping motor 38 is controlled by a pulse number correspondent to a shot speed and number of a YAG laser oscillator, and the uniaxial table 36 is transferred by the rotation of the feed screw 37. By this way, the concave lens 25 is automatically transferred to the YAG rod side on an optical path K, whereby the expansion of a laser beam is stopped down and compensated. |
