PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively support an eccentric bearing by holding the bearing of a rubber cylinder at a normal position in the case of mounting a cylindrical blanket on the cylinder. SOLUTION: An opening 7 is provided at the frame 8 of an eccentric bearing side provided at the shaft of a rubber cylinder 1. The opening 7 is so provided as to make it possible to open or close by slide bases 16, 17 moving along the surface of the frame 8. When the bases 16, 17 are closed, an eccentric bearing 18 is supported by the bases 16, 17. On the other hand, bearings 65, 66 for holding the eccentric bearing at the normal position by advancing it with respect to the eccentric bearing to lift the eccentric bearing in the case of closing the bases 16, 17 are provided. |
