<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a reflection type liquid crystal display device with which the finer formation of integrally formable display panels is possible. SOLUTION: This reflection type liquid crystal display device is constituted by providing a semiconductor substrate 1 of the panels with data drivers for outputting display data to data lines, scan drivers for delivering the scan pulses meeting scanning timing to scan lines and switching elements 21, 22 which are arranged at each of matrix-form pixels and control the changeover of the conduction and shut off between the data lines and these pixel electrodes according to the scan pulses of the scan lines. At least these switching elements 21, 22 are respectively SOI type polysilicon TFTs. The transistors 71a, 72a of at least scan drivers are bulk silicon type MOS transistors.</p> |
