PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cylindrical fuel cell at a high yield without generating a malfunction of distribution of the binder and without generating a failure such as a crack and a pin hole with a co-sintering method by laminating two layers or more of each solid electrolyte layer and collector layer. SOLUTION: A cylindrical air layer 1 made of the air pole forming powder is wound with a solid electrolyte layer and a collector layer, which are made of the solid electrolyte power and the collector forming powder respectively, and sintered at 130-1700 deg.C in the oxidizing atmosphere so as to form a cylindrical fuel cell. At this stage, the solid electrolyte layer is formed into the plural layers such as two layers 2, 2', and the collector layer 4 is formed into the plural layers such as two-layers 4, 4'. A cylindrical fuel cell at a high yield without generating inferior dispersion of the binder and without generating a failure such as a crack and a pin hole in each layer after the sintering can be manufactured by the co-sintering. |
