PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To please persons and to give them also calmness by providing a protection column with a decorative effect. SOLUTION: A planting box 3 equipped with an automatic water supply mechanism is mounted to the upper part of a protection column main body 2 in a detachable manner, and not only human protection but also more calmness is given by the existence of flowers and shrubs of rapid growth. The lower part of the protection column main body 2 is inserted in a bearing cylinder 44 of a road, and it can be also removed in the case of emergency accordingly. |
