PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently and stably obtain fit-in and fixing strength between an outer cylindrical member and a mounting cylindrical member with ease in the cylindrical mounting device where a pivot member is connected with the outer cylindrical member by a rubber elastic body, and concurrently the mounting cylindrical member is fitted in so as to be fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the outer cylindrical member. SOLUTION: As an outer cylindrical member 14, one made of iron steel is used, and as a mounting cylindrical member 20, one made of aluminum alloys is used, and the mounting cylindrical member 20 is fitted in so as to be fixed to the outer cylindrical member 14 by elastic force developed by the elastic deformation of the outer cylindrical member 14 by contracting the mounting cylindrical member outwardly inserted into the outer cylindrical member 14 in diameter, and thereby plastically deforming it. |
