The method is for generating service parameter quality massage in asynchronous transfer mode. The method includes: a first step of storing a corresponding bit information provided from an information source at a desired address of a memory; a second step of determining a forward classification information in an input bit value from the information source while continuously increasing a counting value after initializing the counting value, and storing the forward classification information corresponding to a desired address of the memory; a third step of determining a reverse classification information in an input bit value from the information source while continuously increasing a counting value after initializing the counting value, and storing the reverse classification information corresponding to a desired address of the memory; a fourth step of detecting and outputting a starting address information of the service parameter quality massage stored in the memory.
