PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance optical pickup, whose noise level is low. SOLUTION: Reflecting films 130 and 133 having the adequate sizes and the adequate film thickness are provided at the peripheral parts of a diffusing angle conversion hologram 7 and a first beam splitter film 9. Thus, the emitted light from a light source 1 and the diffracted light from a diffraction grating 6 advance in the direction of the reflected-light separating part of an optical guide member 5 and enter into a light receiving element 13 by the reflection, refraction and the like at various kinds of optical elements, each slants surface and the like provided at the reflected-light separating part of the optical guide member 5. Thus, the possibility to become a noise-generating source can be eliminated almost completely. |
