PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process control device which minimizes delivery delay and reduce production control man-hour. SOLUTION: A production index of risk against delivery delay is used so as to start handling a product whose delivery is delayed considerably. Particularly, risk due to delivery delay is determined by a risk operation part 6 by a ratio of remaining process data calculated by a remaining process calculating part 4 to delivery delay days against an estimated term of work calculated by a calculating part 5 for delivery delay days. This value is indicated by means of displaying or the like so that production may be conducted in a descent order. |
