摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable recovery from a mode mismatching state without interrupting the synchronism established communication of information when H.221 frame synchronism gets out but whether video FEC frame synchronism or data synchronism gets out and is not recovered in a communication procedure control system by which the multiplex transmission of plural media such as video or synchronous data is performed. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a video synchronism monitoring part 11 for FEC synchronism, a data synchronism monitoring part 12 for data transmission in a synchronous system, an H.221 synchronism monitoring part 13 for the frame of H.221, and a various information synchronism managing part 14 connected to these respective monitoring parts 11-13 for collectively controlling the synchronous states of various kinds of information and requesting a mode mismatching recovery procedure when certain information gets out of synchronism and it is not recovered even after the elapse of fixed time. Under the management of the managing part 14, an out-of-synchronism recovery procedure or the mode mismatching recovery procedure according to the purpose mentioned above is executed by a communication procedure executing part 15.
