SOLUTION: Aramid-based fibers (preferably para-oriented aramid fiber) are heat-treated below 100 deg.C or dried under reduced pressure and dried to <=standard moisture regain, preferably <= (standard moisture regain-1)% and then twisted in this dried state. A twisted coefficient T is 1.0-10, preferably 2.0-6.0. The twist coefficient T is calculated by a formula, 0.000348×(twisted number per 10cm length)×(total denier of the yarn)<1/2> .
