PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide film improved in transparency and slipperiness by using a polyamide resin composition prepared by mixing a polyamide resin with ethylenebisbehenamide and irregularly shaped silica particles surface-treated with a silane coupling agent. SOLUTION: Ethylenediamine is reacted with behenic acid to obtain ethylenebisbehenamide (A). One (1) to 10 pts.wt. silane coupling agent (solution) is added to 100 pts.wt. irregularly shaped silica particles having an average particle diameter of 0.5-5μm by, for example, dropping or spraying, and the mixture is uniformly agitated and dried to obtain irregularly shaped silica particles (B) surface-treated with the silane coupling agent. One hundred (100) pts.wt. polyamide resin having acid amide bonds (-CONH-) in the molecular chain and having an average molecular weight of 9,000-40,000 is mixed with 0.01-0.07 pt.wt. component A and 0.05-0.5 pt.wt. component B, and the obtained mixture is mixed or kneaded to obtain a polyamide resin composition. This composition is formed into a film by the water cooling tubular process comprising melt-kneading the composition with an extruder, extruding the melt through a ring die to form a tube, and cooling this tube with water.
