PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply two high frequency signals corresponding to an LO signal and a received signal in an unbalanced state and also to suppress the offset voltage generated in the output voltage by providing plural current source transistors TR connected to a 2nd power supply to the emitters respectively. SOLUTION: A frequency mixer circuit is provided with a conventional 2nd frequency mixer circuit, the common differential circuits 1 and 2, and the driving current source TR Q5 and Q6 having grounded emitters which connect the common connection emitters of TR Q1/Q2 and Q3/Q4 of both circuits 1 and 2 to their collectors respectively and supply the bias voltage VBB2 to every TR base. Then a high frequency signal V1, i.e., an LO signal is supplied to each base of both TR Q1 and Q4 by means of an unbalance signal. In the same way, a high frequency signal V2, i.e., a received signal is supplied to the base of only the TR Q5 by means of an unbalance signal.
